Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Most orders are delivered within:

  • 3–7 business days (Standard Shipping)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at customercare@bluemountainhay.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier office. If it is still missing, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized or heavy shipments.

  • Certain rural or remote locations may require additional delivery time.
